Job Description

Role Summary The Learning and Development (L&D) Leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the learning strategies that enhance employees' skills, foster career growth, and support organization transformation goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and experience in managing enterprise-level L&D programs. Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement a future-ready L&D strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and talent needs. Capability Building: Partner with business leaders and COEs to identify skill gaps and build custom upskilling/reskilling programs, especially around digital technologies (e.g., cloud, data, product engineering). Leadership Development: Lead leadership development initiatives across levels, including high-potential identification, coaching, and succession planning. Learning Experience Design: Use a blended learning approach—digital platforms, workshops, mentoring, and on-the-job training—to deliver impactful learning experiences. Digital Learning Platforms: Manage and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and platforms like Coursera, Pluralsight, or Degreed. Program Management: Oversee the execution of learning programs, ensure timely delivery, and track effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms. Culture of Learning: Promote a growth mindset and continuous learning culture throughout the organization. Vendor & Budget Management: Collaborate with external partners and manage L&D budgets effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field. 15+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment (preferably product engineering or digital transformation companies). Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills. Preferred Skills Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Agile Learning. Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures.
