Job Title: LeanIX Administrator Location: Chennai / Delhi / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkata / Madurai Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LeanIX Administrator to manage and optimize our LeanIX Enterprise Architecture platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role will work closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and IT teams to support digital transformation and architecture governance. Key Responsibilities: · Administer and configure the LeanIX platform, including user management, data modeling, and configuration. · Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to collect, enter, and maintain accurate data within LeanIX. · Create and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support architecture decision-making. · Configure LeanIX modules such as Application Portfolio Management (APM), Business Capability Maps, and Technology Risk Management. · Manage data integration with SAP Systems, CMDB Platform (e.g. ServiceNow) and excel imports. · Implement and document governance processes for data quality and lifecycle management. · Stay current with LeanIX updates and new features, and provide recommendations for platform enhancements. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience administering LeanIX or a similar EA tool. · Knowledge of CMDB Principles and Enterprise Architecture frameworks. · Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, IT portfolio management, and data governance. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ITIL, TOGAF, or other architecture frameworks. Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or CMDB systems. Knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript). Working with SAP landscapes and ServiceNow Integrations.
