Lean Implementation: Develop and implement lean strategies and initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
Process Improvement: Conduct value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other lean tools to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
Kaizen Events: Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops to drive process improvements.
Training and Coaching: Provide training and support to employees on lean principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to implement lean projects and initiatives.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lean activities, improvements, and results.

Your Profile

+3 years experience implementing Lean in manufacturing environments.
Desired blade manufacturing experience with proven track records.
Strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies, such as 5S, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Lean six sigma certification.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
