Job Description

Support change delivery managers in delivering successful projects, ensuring compliance with the Barclays Control Framework.
Create and implement standardized PMO processes and methodologies aligned with controls and governance standards.
Monitor project performance, track progress, identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and report on project status to senior management.
Facilitate project governance, aligning projects with the organization's strategic objectives and managing project risks.
Provide change management framework training to project managers and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Continuously improve project management practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance project delivery.
