Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lean Manufacturing Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Consultant will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, implementing LeanERP systems, managing digital daily management systems, and enhancing productivity,quality,delivery for the client.

Qualifications

• Operational Excellence skills including Lean Management and Business Process Improvement
• Industrial Engineering and Operations Management expertise
• Experience in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Atleast 3-5 years experience in Lean Implementation
