Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Lean Manufacturing Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing Lean tools to optimize operations. The role includes conducting work studies, training teams on Lean methodologies, designing workflow processes, and ensuring timely delivery of value to clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence will also be a key aspect of the position. Qualifications Proficient knowledge and experience in Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke, SMED, and Visual Management. Skills in Industrial Engineering practices, including Work Study, Ergonomics, and Factory Design. Ability to conduct training on topics like Operational Excellence, Quality Management, and Industry 4.0. Strong analytical skills for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions. Excellent communication and project management skills Proven track record of productivity improvement and delivering measurable results in operational performance. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
