Job Summary: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories seeks a strategic yet hands-on Analytics and AI Product Manager to lead advanced data science and Generative AI initiatives. This role demands expertise in AI/ML, product management, and delivering business impact through data-driven solutions in the pharmaceutical domain. Roles and Responsibilities: Define and execute the product strategy for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to address business-critical challenges. Lead end-to-end data science projects - problem definition, model development, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with business, technology, and domain experts to ensure alignment and impact. Design and implement advanced analytics, including NLP and LLMs, to extract insights and automate decision-making. Engage with external partners and vendors to expand AI capabilities and leverage cutting-edge technologies. Qualifications: Educational qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA preferred Work experience : 8 to 15 years of experience Skills Required: Strong experience in Python, SQL, ML frameworks and Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models). Expertise in product management, including product lifecycle and stakeholder management. Proven ability to deliver scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, Google). Deep knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and model deployment. Strong AI/ML experience with business acumen.
