Job Description

As an experienced Learning and Development Professional, you will be responsible for delivering and developing programs across various talent development products such as Leadership, Sustainability, Professional Skills, Onboarding, and Performance Cycle for all levels within the organization. Your role will involve: - Facilitating expert training sessions using adult learning theories and contemporary approaches to drive behavioral changes. - Designing, updating, and creating training content while incorporating best practices in adult learning theory. - Applying your knowledge of talent & development subject areas to facilitate meaningful discussions. - Maintaining outstanding delivery standards in line with NPS metrics, qualitative feedback, and team-based evaluations. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in leadership and professional development. Key Skills required for this role include: - Designing and facilitating soft skills training programs, with a focus on leadership and professional development. - Expertise in designing engaging and impactful training using various technological platforms. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Proficiency in creating and updating training content using digital tools. - Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates and manage expectations proactively. Additionally, you should possess advanced proficiency in virtual training platforms, remote collaboration tools, learning management systems, and content authoring tools. A Bachelor's degree or a learning and development certification is preferred, with advanced L&D certifications such as CPLP strongly preferred.
