Bachelor'sdegreeorlearninganddevelopmentcertification preferred: bachelors or masters degree preferred in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field. Advanced L&D certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent strongly preferred.
