Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Pullman Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the organization's needs.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and growth.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is an added advantage.
