Job Description

QBurst is undergoing an exciting AI-led transformation, and we re seeking a strategic digital marketing leader to shape the future of our global marketing services. Responsibilities:

Own and deliver end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design and optimize omnichannel journeys across web, email, mobile, social, and paid channels.
Translate business goals into data-driven campaign plans with clearly defined KPIs.
Build robust reporting frameworks to track, analyze, and continuously optimize performance.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Provide consultative guidance to both clients and internal stakeholders on digital strategies.
Collaborate with design, development, content, and analytics teams to ensure execution alignment.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted marketing techniques (audience modeling, testing automation, personalization).

Requirements:

Proven experience in crafting and executing omnichannel marketing strategies.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, paid media, SEO, and lifecycle/email marketing.
Experience developing customer journey frameworks and engagement plans.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Project management experience or familiarity with PMP/Agile methodologies is a plus.
