Our Wireless Access Point Software team develops cutting-edge Wi-Fi solutions, including the latest Wi-Fi 7 access points. What You'll DoAs a highly motivated and skilled software developer, you are expected to drive, deliver and lead through others, as well as personally working to reach innovative solutions to business problems. Collaborating with talented colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and qualify advanced solutions, seeing them through to customer delivery and ongoing support. Youll play a key role in powering up and bringing to life some of the worlds most sophisticated networking systems.
Responsibilities:In this role, we are looking for someone to help us expand and refine the capabilities of our wireless access points beyond simply Wi-Fi. As the world becomes more connected the need to support and simplify that connectivity grows.
As a lead wireless feature engineer, participate on multiple project teams of engineers involved in the development of software for our next generation Wi-Fi products. Design and deliver new software and features for our next generation Wi-Fi Access Points. Day to day activities include architecting, designing, building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also work closely with system test and validation engineers to help with system test and integration.
