Mandatory

Strong UI/UX Designer profile, with a focus on Mobile Apps and Data-driven solutions

Experience 1: 4+ years designing B2C mobile apps with strong data visualization (e.g., wearable tech, fitness, fintech, or health-tech)

Experience 2: Designed apps that display/interpret complex data (battery usage, health vitals, financial analytics)

Portfolio: Must show complex data-heavy mobile app designs

Background: Top Design Institutes (NID, MIT, etc.) OR top-tier B2C product companies

Company: B2C Product Companies only (preferably IoT, Health, or Fintech apps)

Exclusion: No catalog-based apps (e.g., eCommerce, Quick Commerce)

Preferred Companies

IoT Apps: Ultrahuman, Ola Electric, BeatXP, HealthifyMe

Data-centric B2C Products: Cred, JupiterMoney

Role & Responsibilities

As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to define product visuals and experiences across web and mobile.

Responsibilities:

Lead UI design for mobile apps

Visualize & prototype design concepts (mood boards, comps, animations)

Develop visual design systems and UI patterns

Ensure consistency across all visual platforms

Present effective, user-centric design solutions

Collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects

Ideal Candidate

4+ years in high-impact mobile UI design

Strong UI skills with UX fundamentals

Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite

Modern UI trends knowledge

Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback integration skills

Strong understanding of user behavior and design trends

Online portfolio required
