Lead - Transport Mgmt

Responsibilities Develop and implement transportation strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transport professionals to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand transportation needs and requirements. Oversee the planning and execution of transportation activities to meet business objectives. Monitor transportation operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance transportation operations. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners. Prepare and analyze transportation performance metrics and reports for senior management. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and developments in transportation management. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Adani Realty business unit through strategic transportation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Show more Show less
