Your Role: As an Integration Specialist & API Developer, you will bridge the gap between various applications and systems, crafting seamless connectivity that powers our award-winning e-commerce platform and beyond. You will design, develop, and maintain APIs, ensuring robust integration with platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Freshdesk, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Your work will enable us to deliver exceptional digital customer service, enhance our e-commerce capabilities, and drive forward our digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain APIs on platforms like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Integrate diverse applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define requirements and specifications for APIs and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, enhancing the performance and functionality of our digital services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest in API development standards, authentication protocols, and integration technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in API and integration design, with experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) preferred.
Solid understanding of RESTful API development, API management platforms, and strategies.
Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
Strong knowledge of data flow principles, e-commerce, and digital customer service systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
