Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on developing Dispute solutions. Your role will involve being a highly motivated scrum master, leading scrum teams, and collaborating with product stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and oversight on various complex projects, ensuring timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. - Ensure compliance with methodologies, manage resolutions, and report to management as needed. - Communicate effectively with project staff throughout the project life cycle, monitor project budget, identify and manage project risks. - Regularly update senior management on specific project deliverables and provide input into new products, processes, standards, or plans. - Lead the feature team to align with business objectives, project schedule, and budget, and develop solutions to complex problems. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Agile practices, preferably scaled agile, and processes. - Advocate for agile culture within the team and ability to control agile parameters like velocity, burn charts, and exception reports. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with effective interpersonal skills. - Organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of developing internal and external relationships. - Demonstrate ethics and values to build high team trust. - PMP and SAFE certification would be a plus.
