Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development of host apps on the Android platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

· Collaborate with global stakeholders, including engineering, delivery teams, and QAs, to align on project goals and deliverables.

· Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using Kotlin and Jetpack compose, with hands-on coding expertise.

· Apply design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code architecture.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

· Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical expertise.

· Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

· Participate in Agile and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MCA preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in Android mobile app development, with a strong focus on Kotlin and Jetpack compose.

· Extensive knowledge of OOPS, software design, and patterns.

· Proven experience in mobile or tablet digital development.

· Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

· Experience in troubleshooting, production issue handling, and defect fixing.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
