**Job Description:** As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Northern Trust, you will have the opportunity to drive and take bottom-line responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing a highly secure and scalable solution for the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Dividing design decisions into actionable tasks, estimating the tasks, ensuring assignment to the team, and overseeing end-to-end completion. - Leading research, proof of concepts, and design considerations, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders for implementation. - Reviewing code, debugging issues, incidents, and providing end-to-end solutions through hands-on development and resolution. - Mentoring the team on technical and functional aspects, resolving queries, and communicating progress to stakeholders. - Providing advice on alternative options, risks, and their impact on business and technical architecture. - Operating in an agile execution model, integrating continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks. - Driving and coordinating change request processes for development and enhancements. - Developing and maintaining relationships with global stakeholders, IT teams, and business areas. - Working with vendors and support staff on solution execution, enhancements, and support. - Being flexible for upskilling and managing team members with different skill sets. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering. - Minimum 12 years of extensive experience on the ServiceNow Platform with GRC module and IRM implementation. **Required Skills:** - Experience as an IRM ServiceNow Development and platform. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations. - Flow Designer experience. - Leading technical implementation efforts in a similar scope and size. - Strong understanding of technical knowledge of ServiceNow. - Working experience on creating custom workspaces, custom service portals. - Integrating ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs. - Administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, Script includes, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs. - Designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform for client implementation/sustainment of various modules. - Integrating ServiceNow with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email, etc. - Developing required client-specific custom reporting. - Developing requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.). **Nice To Have Skills:** - ServiceNow CAS, CAD, CIS-IRM, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM Certified. - Understanding of other ServiceNow products.
