Job Description: As the Lead Strategy Implementation at a leading education NGO, you will be responsible for providing leadership on planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across the organization. Your role will involve ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable progress in driving system-wide change in foundational learning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of the organization's strategy with clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures. - Establishing and overseeing mechanisms for monitoring progress against strategic goals. - Building organizational capability for implementation discipline through tools and processes. - Preparing strategic updates, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders. Qualification Required: To be eligible for this role, you should possess: - A postgraduate degree in education, management, public policy, or related fields. - 8-12 years of professional experience in program management, strategy, or consulting roles, preferably in the education or development sector. - Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. - Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
