a) Prepare stock statement of gelatin periodically with details of quantity in transit and expected dispatch by suppliers during the month.
a) Prepare stock statement of major raw material periodically with highlighting significant market information and development.
b) Ensure optimum stock of A & B class items periodically.
c) Ensure optimum stock is maintained in the stores for engineering items.
d) Prepare list of Fast, Slow & Nonmoving items six monthly & review the list.
e) Initiates action for disposal of slow & non-moving items.
f) To handle disposal activities.
g) To handle RM and PM activities.
a) Develop new vendors for all engineering, consumables items as & when required.
b) Ensure the material received is as per specifications & AVL.
a) Develop the system of maintaining stock of with lowest inventory.
a) After receiving purchase indents from internal customers, prepare comparison sheet, recommend suppliers, price, and quality & delivery schedule for approval.
b) Submit the stock statement, after physical verification, to Finance department by 31st March of every year.
c) Use latest techniques of materials management like SAP, visual management etc. for effective inventory in the stores dept.
A. Monitors cGMP, ISO, TPM, 5S, DMS and QMS, internal audits, customers audits etc. effectively.
b) To handle the DMS and QMS activities.
a) Ensures timely goal setting and performance appraisal and ensures right feedback to the employees to improve the performance further.
b) Ensures rewards commensurate with performance to create a culture of merit and fair treatment.
c) Ensures formal and informal communication with the employees and initiates actions on the grievances to create a strong bond of relationships.
d) Plans the manpower by nos. and skills. Initiate actions to develop multi skill.
e) Arrange time to time training of associates.
