Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
Perform daily/weekly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Update inventory records in ERP/software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and condition against the Purchase Order (PO) and delivery documents.
Coordinate with QC/QA for material inspection and approval.
Report damages, shortages, or quality issues immediately.
Issue materials to production/maintenance departments against approved requisitions.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per schedule.
Prepare and maintain issue slips, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, issue slips, stock registers, and logbooks.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 1 - 3 years of experience in Manufacturing set up preferably in sheet metal industry.
Knowledge of ERP is must.
