Job Description


  • Manage client onboarding and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with the Legal team for drafting and finalizing client agreements.
  • Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain client records, agreements, and service trackers.
  • Prepare regular reports on client servicing, onboarding, and service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to CAMS KRA service standards and internal SLAs.
