🛠 Responsibilities

• Build the

  AI intelligence layer

  integrating vector databases, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
• Architect and develop backend services and APIs.
• Apply

  Object-Oriented Programming

  to design clean, maintainable systems.
• Work with our

  CTO

  to set the technical direction,

  build and lead a team

  , and mentor engineers as we scale.

✅ Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 4+ years experience

  , with at least two shipped platforms in real-world use.
• Strong foundation in

  Computer Science fundamentals

  (algorithms, data structures, system design).
• Expertise in

  backend development

  and scalable systems.
• Proficiency in

  Next.js and Python

  .
• Experience applying

  Object-Oriented Programming

  principles in production systems.

• Bonus:

  Experience building

  vector databases

  or

  agentic AI frameworks
