Straticent is building an autonomous, proactive finance platform powered by a proprietary intelligence layer, LLM interface, and natural language prompts — enabling CEOs and CFOs to make real-time, data-driven decisions without being bottlenecked by manual work. 🛠 Responsibilities Build the AI intelligence layer integrating vector databases, LLMs, and agentic frameworks. Architect and develop backend services and APIs. Apply Object-Oriented Programming to design clean, maintainable systems. Work with our CTO to set the technical direction, build and lead a team , and mentor engineers as we scale. ✅ Qualifications Technical Skills 4+ years experience , with at least two shipped platforms in real-world use. Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design). Expertise in backend development and scalable systems. Proficiency in Next.js and Python . Experience applying Object-Oriented Programming principles in production systems. Bonus: Experience building vector databases or agentic AI frameworks . Soft Skills Hungry and eager to learn fast . Comfortable with taking ownership, building and leading a team .
