Lead Software Engineer - .NET and Docker

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and Docker to drive high-quality software solutions, collaborating closely with technical leaders to ensure best practices in architecture, performance, security, and scalability.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software development, a deep understanding of microservices, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design services and solutions in C# with limited guidance from leadership
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure cohesive architecture meeting required standards
• Author and review key artifacts across all phases, including estimates, designs, and test cases
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Provide timely mitigation recommendations for complex issues
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align on architectural vision
• Interface with cross-functional teams when required

Requirements

• 8–14 years of experience developing with C#
• Experience with .NET Core and microservices
• Expertise in unit testing and related frameworks
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Background in distributed development environments and Agile methodologies
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
