• Own and evolve the technical strategy and architecture for key product areas.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-cutting initiatives.
• Ensure engineering best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Drive improvements in scalability, performance, and security across systems.
Collaboration with Team Lead
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead to align technical priorities with product delivery.
• Support the Team Lead in decision-making by providing technical direction and expertise.
• Contribute to sprint planning and technical backlog prioritization.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
