Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer located in Gurgaon. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions, overseeing back-end web development, ensuring robust software development practices, and programming with a focus on object-oriented programming (OOP). The role includes managing a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development (Java/Python & React)
• Strong skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience in leading a team and managing projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
