Lead - Social Infra Development

Role Overview: As a Lead - Social Infrastructure Development, you will play a crucial role in organizing and leading discussions with the GoA on the TEPL township development. Your responsibilities will include crafting long-term plans to achieve the organization's social infrastructure goals, recommending and implementing strategic actions and process improvements during the design and build of the township, and communicating strategic plans, progress, and results to relevant stakeholders. You will foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, preparing necessary presentations and documentation related to the project, resolving issues and conflicts, and acting as the backup for the Head when needed.
