Job Requirements Role/Job Title: PL -SFDC Projects Function/ Department: Rural Product Job Purpose Policy modification. Support to business team in Operational issues. Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product. Monitor the project development lifecycle end to end from closure of requirements to development to testing up to Go-Live. Roles & Responsibilities Identify business problems, growth opportunities, gaps in processes, risks and inefficiencies which can be solved or improved through technology Work with various functional teams - Product, Policy, Operations, Credit and other relevant stakeholders - to conceptualize and concretize approach and design for the identified initiative Work with the various Technology teams across the bank to translate the approach document/ solution document into a technical document Monitor the project development lifecycle end to end from closure of requirements to development to testing up to Go-Live Take continuous feedback from users - branch personnel or customers - and make incremental improvements to a live product or process Secondary Responsibilities Stay abreast with global and domestic trends especially on FinTech as well as on Technology in general Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities Manage a small team of Project Leads who will work on the various projects assigned to them.
