Job Description

Quality Audits:

Conduct regular quality audits of HR admin processes and service delivery across regions.
Review workflows, documentation, and communications for SOP compliance and accuracy.

Performance Evaluation:

Assess the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of HR admin outputs.
Deliver clear, actionable feedback to drive performance improvements.

Reporting and Insights:

Prepare quality audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Share quality trends and findings with program leadership during weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure adherence to policies, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Identify and flag non-compliance issues and escalate them for resolution.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with process owners to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Support implementation of corrective actions to address recurring quality issues.

Training Support:

Work with trainers and team leads to address performance gaps.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of training content.

Quality Framework Development:

Input to the development of the quality assurance frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
Regularly review and update quality metrics to align with business goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with regional managers and operations teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
Facilitate discussions to address quality challenges and resolutions.

Employee Experience Enhancement:

Evaluate the impact of service delivery quality on employee satisfaction.
Propose initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.

Continuous Learning and Best Practices:

Stay updated on best practices, QA trends, tools and HR service innovations.
Introduce new methodologies to strengthen the quality program
