Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at our company, your role will involve engaging directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and project understanding. You will have the opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment while leveraging your language skills, especially fluency in Bengali, to strengthen client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write and execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality as a QA Engineer. - For Freshers: Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development, testing, or support. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results. - Maintain clear documentation of tasks, issues, and progress. **Qualifications Required:** - Fluency in Bengali is mandatory, along with good English/Hindi communication skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role). - Understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation). - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. - Team player with attention to detail.
