Job Description

An RPA Lead is responsible for performing the design, development, deployment, and management of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions within an organization. They act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring the successful execution of automation projects.

Technical Skills :

Expertise in RPA tools (eg, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, VBScript, or .NET.
Knowledge of database management and APIs for system integration.

Leadership Skills :

Strong team management and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

Capability to assess processes and identify automation potential.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Communication and Collaboration :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Project Management :

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in handling multiple automation projects simultaneously.
