As the Lead - Revenue Enablement for the APMEA region, you will be the primary architect of growth for our Field Sales (AE/AM) and Business Development (BD) teams. Your mission is to bridge the gap between product innovation and revenue execution by developing world-class enablement programs. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, delivering high-impact training and innovative content that empowers our teams to exceed their goals in a competitive SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Development:
Design and deploy comprehensive sales training programs virtual and in-person that align directly with APMEA s regional sales strategy and overarching company goals. -
Field Advocacy Feedback Loops:
Establish regular communication cadences with the field to gather real-time feedback, ensuring enablement remains agile and evolves with the sales team s needs. -
Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and global Enablement partners to co-create high-quality sales collateral, playbooks, and value-based messaging that resonates with the APMEA market. -
Sales Leadership Alignment:
Partner with sales leaders to diagnose skill gaps and develop customized training roadmaps for their specific pods. -
Managerial Excellence Coaching:
Build and implement programs that equip Sales Managers with advanced coaching techniques, ensuring they can effectively lead and develop their own teams. -
Continuous Performance Support:
Provide ongoing resources and reinforcement strategies to ensure best practices are institutionalized and team performance is consistently high.

Professional Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and Direct Sales, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. -
Track Record:
Proven success in product, technical, and sales methodology enablement. -
Education:
bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in Training Development (eg, CPTD, Instructional Design) are highly desirable. -
Regional Expertise:
Experience working with or within the APMEA (Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa) market is a significant plus.
