Scope Of Work /Responsibilities:
Involved in the End-to-End Sales process from Lead Generation to OrderCollection and payment Collection.Generating leads from multiple platforms.Enter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerManaging customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remainsatisfied with company products and services.Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, viaphone, email, social media, or chat applicationsAnalyzing customer feedback on products and services offeredDocumenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customercompliments and complaints.Expectations:The candidate should have excellent communication skills both writtenand verbalThe candidate should be a problem solver and should be able tocoordinate with multiple stakeholders.The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customerThe candidate should be a team playerExtensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experienceinformation.
