Responsibilities Role and Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and policy changes that may impact the organization's operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and discussions with external stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate the approval process for various projects, permits, and licenses. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters and compliance requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory trends to proactively address potential issues. Manage a team of liaison officers and specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Any field. Minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
