Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Recruiter/Recruitment Manager based in Bengaluru. The Lead Recruiter/Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruiting team, develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and maintaining recruitment data and metrics.


Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment management, team leadership, and hiring strategies
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills
  • Experience using recruitment tools and maintaining recruitment data and metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
