Role Overview:

Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. School Activation

  • Visit assigned schools to introduce UPRIOs platform to parents and students.
  • Plan and execute promotions of UPRIOs free school exam app.

2. Free Batch Enrollment

  • Encourage students to join our free trial batches and guide them through the onboarding process.

3. Conversion & Retention

  • Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers.
  • Monitor subscription renewals and retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins via in-person visits and follow-up calls.

What Were Looking For:

-Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree mandatory.
  • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or education-related roles is advantageous.

-Communication Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to effectively engage parents, students, and school authorities.

-Organizational Ability

  • Strong planning skills to maximize daily/weekly efficiencybalancing visits, calls, and administrative follow-ups.

-Results Orientation

  • Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance metrics.

-Adaptability & Problem-Solving

  • Flexible in addressing on-ground challenges.
  • Quick to propose creative solutions based on parent/student feedback.
