Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter IT & Automotive (Domestic Hiring) to lead strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in IT and Automotive recruitment, a proven track record in handling end-to-end domestic hiring, and leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Hiring Strategy:
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to fill IT and Automotive roles.
  • Leverage market intelligence to target and attract top technical and engineering talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure consistent delivery of hiring mandates.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide continuous process improvements.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal hiring managers and external client teams.
  • Understand business needs and deliver scalable recruitment solutions.
  • Market Research & Insights:
  • Stay updated on talent trends in the IT and Automotive sectors
  • Vendor & Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and staffing partners.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, recruitment SLAs, and compliance protocols.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in domestic hiring for IT and Automotive sectors
  • Strong communication, team management, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), and Boolean search techniques.
