Lead Recruiter - Allied Specialty

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist for US Clinical Positions, your main responsibility will be to successfully source, screen, and interview candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, utilizing various recruitment methods to attract top talent. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience will also be part of your role. Additionally, you may assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for US Clinical Positions - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements - Utilize various recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed Qualifications: - Must have at least 3+ years of recent US allied specialty recruitment experience - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment - Familiarity with recruiting for allied positions like Medical Lab Technologists, Ultrasound Techs, Sonographers, Radiology Techs, X-Ray Techs, CT Technologists, and Occupational/physical therapists - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must be amenable to work onsite (office is located in Noida, India),
