Skill Set Required

• Expertise in Python, Excel, data analytics, and presentations
• Collaborative working with partners, cross-functional and circle teams.

Deliverables (Maximum 5–6 key responsibilities)

• Steer both the Circle team and TOCO in managing RUN projects
• Conduct operational KPI reviews with Circle and Partners on a weekly and monthly basis
• Guide onsite O&M teams to achieve performance goals for network availability, infrastructure standards, and operational cost efficiency
• Oversee database management for all owned sites (16K), ensuring accurate inventory records for passive infrastructure
• Track O&M performance across circles, evaluate metrics, identify gaps versus targets, and implement corrective measures
• Perform root cause analyses to resolve circle-level issues, facilitating the development and execution of action plans
• Guarantee adherence to processes and periodically assess them to identify and implement improvements
• Review process compliance, report deviations through dashboards, and devise strategies to eliminate discrepancies
• Plan infrastructure replacements, ensuring projects stay within budget
• Manage quality and safety compliance, regularly evaluating performance across all projects
• Carry out quality and safety inspections, including audits at tower locations
• Foster a culture of quality and safety across all circle teams and organizational levels
• Create and deliver training modules focused on quality and safety for all staff, including field personnel
