Lead Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading project planning sessions using your expertise in agile approaches and methodologies. You will work closely with developers to enhance our dev ops and design scalable, available, and reliable CI/CD processes. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas for improvement, automating workflows, and removing project barriers. Additionally, you will be tasked with assigning tasks, managing projects for teams, and ensuring proper implementation of planning, communication, and tracking tools. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project planning sessions using agile approaches - Improve dev ops and design highly scalable CI/CD processes - Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for automation - Remove project barriers and roadblocks - Assign tasks and manage projects for teams - Ensure proper implementation of planning, communication, and tracking tools - Oversee quality in collaboration with the Creative Director - Handle conflict management, problem-solving, risk identification, and mitigation strategies - Communicate regularly with stakeholders - Contribute to recruiting new talent as per organizational needs Qualifications Required: - Passionate about working for a social cause - 7+ years of experience in the tech sector - 3+ years in project management on large software development projects - Experience with Agile project management principles - Experience with continuous development and deployments of large-scale systems - Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders - Knowledge of software engineering practices - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence - Entrepreneurial attitude and drive to deliver high-quality projects quickly Please note that this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of underprivileged children in India and other developing countries.,
