Job Description

About the Role

We’re building an AI-powered product and are looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process. You’ll shape the product’s design vision, create intuitive user experiences, and work closely with product and engineering to bring ideas to life. This is a work-from-office role.

Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX design for our AI product from concept to launch.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Translate complex AI-driven insights into simple, user-friendly experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Build and maintain a design system for consistency.
Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers.

Requirements

6+ years of UI/UX/product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Experience with data-heavy or SaaS products.
Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
Experience mentoring designers or setting up design processes.
