Lead Product Manager

Project Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Skinn line of fragrance products.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Skinn, in line with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competition in the accessories market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to develop and launch new products.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensure timely delivery of products to the market.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements and enhancements.
• Develop and manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and retail partners.
• Stay updated with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Work Experience

This program is specially designed for women professionals who have opted to take a break from their corporate careers due to various life-stage events and to help facilitate their return and career rebuilding.

The Titan Sequal Programme is currently open to women who have:

a) Prior work experience in line with the requirements of a project being offered.

b) Minimum one year career break (can be flexible on this period) for reasons including but not limited to childcare, elderly care, health conditions, relocation, etc.

c) Aspiring to resume a career in the immediate or near-term.

d) Ready for a 6-12 month commitment based on the nature of the project.

Qualifications

Preferably MBA
