Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers, managing supplier relationships and performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5-7 years of progressive procurement/supply chain experience Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and industry trends Proficiency in procurement software, data analytics tools, and MS Office Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams Certification in procurement or supply chain management (preferred) The Lead Procurement plays a critical role in driving cost savings, mitigating risks, and supporting business objectives through effective procurement strategies and supplier management.
