📍 Remote (min. 3-hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time)

🗓 Contract: June 2025 – December 2026 (with possible extension)

✈️ Travel: ~15% (Asia-based FATs, design reviews, Manus site visits)

💼 Reports to: Project Director / Manager at Bridge

Lead Process Engineer

🔧 Your RoleFinalize PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances

• Drive scale-up and reactor integration (photochemistry, crystallisation, drying)
• Lead HAZOPs and process safety reviews (oxygen/solvent systems)
• Ensure GMP compliance, validation, and data documentation
• Support tech transfer and site commissioning

✅ What You BringPhD or Master’s in Chemical Engineering

• 10+ years in API or fine chemical development
• Proven commercial-scale experience in

  continuous flow

• Deep expertise in

  crystallisation, solvent recovery, Aspen Plus

  , and 3D model reviews
• GMP validation experience (ICH Q7/Q8, FDA)
• Excellent leadership and communication in global projects

🌟 Nice to HaveLED-based photochemistry or PAT familiarity

• OPC/UA, 21 CFR Part 11 exposure
• Six Sigma / DoE / green chemistry experience
