Capgemini is seeking a visionary Lead Presales Azure + .NET Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level presales and cloud transformation engagements across major Indian metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai). This strategic role is ideal for a seasoned technologist with deep expertise in Azure and .NET ecosystems, capable of engaging CXOs, shaping modernization strategies, and architecting scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
The candidate will serve as a trusted enterprise advisor, driving presales excellence, solution innovation, and long-term client value. The role demands a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Leading enterprise presales engagements including executive briefings, architecture envisioning, and solution strategy development. Architecting end-to-end Azure-based .NET solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategies and business goals. Defining cloud transformation roadmaps, modernization blueprints, and reference architectures. Driving creation of reusable solution assets, accelerators, and frameworks for scalable offerings. Leading proposal development, pricing models, and financial justifications for complex RFPs/RFIs. Conducting C-level workshops and technical deep-dives to influence decision-making and build trust. Governing solution assurance, risk mitigation, and technical validation throughout the deal lifecycle. Staying ahead of Azure innovations, especially in AI/ML, DevOps, and enterprise integration. Collaborating with sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to craft compelling value propositions.

He/She/They will have 15+ years of IT experience , including 8+ years in cloud and enterprise architecture and 5+ years in presales leadership roles . The candidate should have a strong project track record and demonstrated contribution to sales. A bachelors degree is required; Azure certifications are preferred.
This person is intellectually curious, outcome-driven, and thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. They bring a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving enterprise challenges through technology. Key Qualifications Deep expertise in Azure services (App Services, AKS, API Management, Cosmos DB, Functions, Logic Apps) and .NET enterprise application development. Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs. Strong presales acumen including RFP/RFI leadership, pricing strategy, and commercial modeling. Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates). Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA), and governance frameworks. Ability to define and drive enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Preferred
Skills: Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies. Knowledge of AI/ML services on Azure (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services). Strong knowledge of API Management and enterprise integration architectures.
