Job Summary:

The Lead Platform Systems Admin is responsible for overseeing the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise platform systems. This role leads a team of system administrators to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure and platforms critical to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the platform systems administration team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise platform systems and infrastructure.
Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and tuning.
Implement and enforce security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform integration and support.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolution.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and external support as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
