Lead Planning & Billing (Refinery)

The Lead Planning & Billing position in the refinery sector requires a candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a background in B.E., B.Tech, or Mechanical Engineering. Key Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, resource management, cost control and budgeting, billing, invoicing and compliance, reporting and communication, as well as risk management.
