Lead People Partner, Product & Engineering

As a Lead People Partner at Tide, you will play a crucial role in driving business success within the Product and Engineering division by providing strategic guidance and support to leaders. Your responsibilities will include organizational design, talent development, employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner and advisor to SVP and VP leaders, offering expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of People Partners to support leaders and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage cross-border transfers, and adapt HR policies to fit local cultural contexts. - Handle complex employee relations issues using data to support decision-making. - Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement, analyze survey results, and implement action plans. - Develop talent development and retention plans through workforce planning and career development. - Advise leaders on organizational design, succession planning, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - Uphold and promote Tide's values in all interactions and decisions. Qualifications Required: - Progressive HR experience, including direct partnership with VPs/SVPs. - Experience leading HR within Technology departments. - Line management experience of People Partners. - Understanding of global HR practices and employment laws in India and various European countries. - Strong client focus, exceptional judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills. - Business acumen to align HR strategies with business goals. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive change at pace and foster a positive organizational culture.,
