Lead OTS

Position: Lead OTS
Experience: 8–13 years
Annual CTC Range: ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle of process dynamic simulations in line with standards/guidelines and project requirements.
• Ensure successful project deliveries across all phases of OTS projects including:
• Kick-off meetings, scope freezing, P&ID markup, data collection
• Model configuration, bench modelling, tuning to match HMB
• Model integration with DCS (Direct Connect & Emulated), SCADA, and third-party logic systems
• MAT, FAT, SAT execution
• Startup, shutdown, malfunctions, instructor variables, and customer demos/testing
• Provide effective technical and practical engineering solutions with consistent quality and timely delivery.

Technical & Industry Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in process dynamic simulations.
• Strong chemical engineering fundamentals with good understanding of chemical and refinery processes.
• Hands-on experience conducting MAT/FAT/SAT independently (at least 2–3 instances).
• Proficiency in dynamic simulation tools, preferably UniSim and Aspen Hysys.
• Experience in process model development and integration with control systems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Mandatory Skills: UniSim expertise, project leading, team leading, Aspen Hysys, DCS integration, process simulation.
• Desirable Skills: Hysys, Aspen, project management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel onsite for customer demos and testing as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹514,486.62 - ₹1,931,506.04 per year
